Our experience with First Choice couldn’t have been better. Kristin and Dave were exceptionally responsive. I also thought that the web portal was convenient. It was certainly easier than printing off a ton of bank statements and pay stubs only to fax/scan them. The underwriting process on the FCB side was straightforward and I felt the turntimes were reasonable. It was clear that overall infrastructure of the bank and local team is top notch!

I have been selling Real Estate for 13 years now, and no lender has ever closed a deal as fast as Hans and his team did. It took 6 days to close the loan. We were supposed to close with another lender, but found out 30 days into the escrow that they could not do the loan. Hans stepped in and saved the day. I gave him the file on a Friday... by Sunday the appraisal was completed, by Wednesday the file was in the underwriter’s hands, and on Monday we had loan docs.
