Once your loan is moved into operations, Kristin will assist you with meeting your turn times and will thoroughly communicate with processing and underwriting, ensuring that any bumps while in operations are quickly resolved. In addition, daily turn time emails and monthly meetings will keep your operations team up to speed of new processes, compliance and guidelines in the industry.
Dan assists you in reviewing loan scenarios and pricing prior to application, and structures files the best way possible for your borrower. Dan is an expert at solving loan-related issues and will traverse through any red flags up front to make underwriting clean and easy. Dan ensures that review notes will be passed to operations so your loan progresses seamlessly.
Transitioning to a new company can be overwhelming. Lila ensures that New Hires understand the First Choice processes and culture, and will take care of any transitional and on-boarding issues quickly and efficiently. Once a new employee is hired, Lila will handle benefits, contracts, and other HR questions, and is here to make your new start simple!
